Podcasts are one of my favourite things to listen to when I am feeling down, unmotivated, lonely, stressed, and many more emotions. But I can always count on them putting me in a better mood! So here’s podcasts that will put you in a better mood.

This is one of my all time favourite podcasts, and for good reason.
Sophia and Cinzia are two best friends, who genuinely make you feel like you are part of their friendship! I feel like I am laughing with them throughout the whole of this podcast.
Each episode is either a girl talk or boy talk, so their dilemmas will be focused on either friendships dilemmas, and anything to do with the girls (girl talk) or relationship dilemmas, and anything to do with the girls relationship with boys (boy talk).
If you are struggling with either friendship or relationship problems, definitely give this podcast a listen.
They preface that they are not professionals, and if you need real help seek professional help. However, Sophia and Cinzia are always really good with giving advice, and share multiple different perspectives, as well as making you laugh along the way!
If you feel like your situation in either your relationship, friendship, workplace, is the end of the world. It is immediately validated when listening to this podcast, because they read REAL life dilemmas.
You may have experienced or are experiencing something similar to what they read out, which just immediately makes you feel better!

Shelby Saco has a way of speaking that makes you want to drop all of your excuses and just START.
She is so knowledgable in habits and routines, but makes the hard to grasp topic so easy to understand and follow.
If you are struggling to lose weight, feel confident, stay disciplined, live a balanced life, this is one of the best podcasts you can listen to!
If you struggle to be kind to yourself, or see your self worth, you need to listen to this. Shelby understand first hand what it is like to feel negatively about yourself, and knows how to get out of that mindset.
Trying to make something a habit is SO hard, but Shelby speaks about how you can make it a habit, and make it stick! So whether you are trying to workout, eat healthy, play piano, she will help you!

No matter what comes out of her mouth, I just assume she knows what she’s talking about, and will trust her with my whole life.
Grace works incredibly hard, but understands the importance of rest and mental health in the workplace, which is really refreshing and makes you feel validated that you don’t want to hustle 24/7.
On this podcast, there are featured guests, ranging from doctors, TikTok stars, business owners, experts, TV stars, and many more.
Their chats are informal, however very informative and interesting. You walk away from listening to this podcast learning something new every time!

Anastazia has THE most calming voice in the world.
When she speaks, it sounds like there is a whole lot of wisdom coming out, in the most soothing way.
She talks all things beauty, wellness, goals, advice, how to, and general girly things.
Anastazia comes across as having a very slow and gentle approach to life. If you like podcasts that don’t put so much pressure on being perfect, waking up at 5am, working out everyday, then this is the one for you!
Don’t get me wrong, this podcast is SUPER motivating, but in a gentle way (if that makes sense).
Anastazia is the queen of self care. If you are wanting to romanticise your life, you need to listen to this podcast.

Emma will always make you feel like you are talking to a non judgemental friend.
If you want to feel like you’re having a random conversation, about a random topic, with your friends, definitely give this a listen. She makes everything interesting when she speaks, and really does make you feel like you’re part of the conversation!
There is a reason everyone loves Emma and that’s because she is so normal and humble.
Although she is mega famous and rich, she speaks and thinks like a normal human being, and makes you feel validated. I think that’s the reason Emma continues to grow, and gain more and more people loving her!
